Brief Description
This partnership aims to developm management modules for the BTPN DAYA Program, which  is a program of mass market empowerment that is sustainable for the low-income society and micro-small businesses.

The class of business is divided based on the agreement between the parties at the curriculum development stage, which adjusts the vision / goals of each class of business. The division is based on the turnover of the business and the vision/objectives are as follows:

  1. Class A with turnover < Rp 50.000.000 / year with a stable profit as the vision/goal
  2. Class B with turnover of Rp 50.000.000 – Rp 1.000.000.000/ year, the vision/goal is profitable and ready to be accessed
  3. Class C with turnover of > Rp 1.000.000.000 / year, the vision / goal are growing, developing, and sustainable

The preparation of the Management Module for Medium Class Enterprises includes:

a) Preparation of materials, methods, and media for customer training, and usage guidelines for the trainer module (Facilitator Guide).

b) The formulation is based on the Curriculum Training and Teaching Units (SAP) in 2013.

There are several management modules developed for BTPN training, consist of:

  • MPA (Marketing Management Class A) September-Nov 2013
  • MPB (Marketing Management Class B) November-April 2014
  • MKC (Financial Management Class C) November-April 2014
  • MOA (Operational Management Class A) December-April 2014
  • MSA (Human Resource Management Class A) December-April 2014
  •  MOB (Operational Management Class B) December-April 2014
  •  MOC (Operational Management Class C) August-April 2015
